-==Results.

My results was rather unsatisfactory.

ELIT: B
FYP: B
ACAN: C
AAUP: C

I would not have bothered abt AAUP. I am just glad that i manage to pass that. Nonetheless it is a C somemore. Better then what i expected.
FYP i would not dare to say abt it as i did so little. I am contented with just a pass. Moreover its my grp that brought me up, if not i would not have survived this.
ACAN, i got rather high hopes of at least attaining a B, but tragically, it is a C. Though there were hard work put in by my grp members, the end product came out rather horrific, if not grotesque. That was really half-desirable. The time constraint effectively killed us. But well, C....
ELIT is the one i placed the most hopes on, living on the desire to attain the first A or DIST of my whole poly life. ELIT was made the most interesting of all other subjects by our lecturer. The theories presented are concise and easy to comprehend compared to other theoretical studies like Productivity And Quality. But the grades let me down. I dunno y i cant get at least an A. It must be the paper that i took.

Sadly, my diploma, 3 yrs in SP ended with no As, no Distinctions. Just lots of Bs and Cs and some Ds. Now i am free! Free to do anything i want until my NS term which falls on 20th Aug, a day after my graduation ceremony.

I would say that my life is rather idylic now although it is still a far cry from ideal~ My ideal is life like Chen Long Wei in the 9pm drama on channel 8, erm, the time before he went broke. haha.

Right now i must go and enjoy myself!!!

-==Desert Sun.

With the sun high up in the sky, the outdoors are unbearable, not even the pool provides comfort. The temperature must have measured a local meteorological high.

The pool felt semi-boiled. The temperature definitely measured higher then my body's. It awfully leads to flu since the swim I took last week. It all seems too easy to fall sick nowadays with such terrible weather.

Whilst u are on ur normal routine, the sun scorches the building exteriors inevitably warms up the interiors as well. Not even the nights are spared. Without aircon, I might just withered and die like a dried out flower.

Desertification in progress...

I am going mad.

-==Party.

Yesterday was my school Dinner and Dance. We had some good fun. It is definitely a day worth remembering.

It all started with a lousy mood on my part with thoughts that this not gonna turn out fun and the stood up by andi and the gers. But things picked up when people started turning up. One after another, all dressed to kill. I took joy in admiring the gers in their gorgeous apparels and nicely done hair and makeup like I always do.

I sat down on table '5' with Jinjian, Andhika, Jeff, Kent, Mk, Dawn, Jes and Daphne(Cheryl's sis). The gers were splendidly dressed, the best that i ever saw them in. In which I took pride in having them sitting alongside with me.

We got a marvelous MC who turns on the heat with his silly antics and fun-filled games. My table came out as the only one with the most no of winners for a variety of prizes. What follows on is a series of photo taking sessions before jinjian and cheryl gathered off to rip some liquor off the shelves.

The food is decent but a pity that jinjian cant touch any of dishes. 55 for chinese tea. Not a fine deal isnt it? The event ended with the selection of Mr and Ms ICT. The ger looks good. Nothing much abt that guy. After all that, quite some ppl left while the rest party on at the dance floor with the DJ spinning tunes of RnB, Pop, Techno and whatever.

I got to dance briefly showcasing my cheesy and queer moves. What I really enjoy is sitting down with kent and a couple others, finger guessing. It begins with half a cup each time one lost and I ended up drinking quite abit. I got slightly tipsy in a jiffy. It got real bad after bouts and bouts of drinking and Cheryl even challenged me to gurping down a glass of mixed liqour when i was getting rather tipsy. I felt light, almost totally numb but however i still managed to walk straight and to walk down the stairs. Mk meanwhile got knocked out with an overdose of liquor and smoke. Haha. Sure he is indulging himself.

We hanged around the reception area after they announced the nite is over at 1am. We took a lot more pics and a couple of us were fidgeting over the half-sane mk. Then the array of handphones changing hands. We sat down around the lobby after which, while we were discussing where to go.

I wanted to head down to my cousin's but we changed our mind of going back to cck and headed to join the rest at S11 outside national library. There we had 5 hrs straight of crap talk and gossips. There i heard abt hilarious experiences with some cheesy ppl in our course and chee hui really made me lmao. He is a experienced table entertainer which kept us amused over the whole session.

All fine things got to end. At dawn, or rather around early morning, me and mk took off parting with the rest and rided on 106 all the way home. I was feeling sick in the stomach but nothing came out when i wanna vomit after i got out of the bus.

Then it is bathe and sleep all the way till early noon around 3. My grandma woke me. Arggghhh... I am tired......

I really had a good time yesterday. Hereby heartfelt thanks to all those that made this possible. U know who u are~

I am out.

-==Getaway.

Though it is not exactly a good time or it can be say to be of the right time, I went to Genting over the weekend with my family. High time getting away from the friendship woes earlier on in the week and the unfinished assignment. Everything seems like a dream.

We boarded the coach on friday nite. And stopped at both the customs. My sis was refused entry and as expected, the corruptibility of Malaysian personnels sets in. My sis was allowed in at a price of S$100. This however saved our holiday although the mood is slightly dampen.

Passed the customs and we are set for a long coach ride all the way to the foot of Genting Highlands. The coach is rather uncomfortable and we had a hard time trying to sleep well. We stopped several times during the 8 hour journey. Our first stop is a food centre, kampong-styled. The hygiene level is rather poor due to inadequate preparation to accomodate the heavy human traffic. We got some snacks and head back to the coach and its another tough few hrs before our next stop at a public restroom. Follow on is a couple more hrs till the cable car centre.

We hit the place at 7am. The air is rather cooling. Not very but at least it beats hometown. Hah! We were offered a ride up to genting in a taxi and that will be much more faster then taking the cable car as indicated by the taxi driver. The cable car ride is included in the transport package that we signed up for and a majority of us agreed on taking it.

We didnt regret our decision. It is quite a sight of the tropical rainforest. As we got higher, clouds drifted around us. It is awesome. Maybe i have not been travelling thats y i am kinda amazed.

Finally after that many hrs, we were finally in Genting but until then I found out that we could only check-in at 1230. It was real bad. I was having a bad stomach and spinning head then. We had quite a hearty breakfast and after which, the adults insisted on going to the casino and left us kids outside. My elder cousin could have gone in but she took off for a walk around while i and my sis stayed behind to guard the bags. I wasnt in the mood to walk. The sleep deprivation had brought abt a bad headache so i just sat down and rest. They came out after an hr or 2 and we headed off to the hotel lobby.

There is in fact no proper lobby. There are no chairs, nothing, so we settled on the floor while my uncle queued at the check-in line. We lazed around the lobby for abt an hr before we got our rooms. Thats a pure waste of my time since we will be staying only for a day.

The view out of the window is pretty awesome. Clouds on mountain peaks looks like it is snow-capped. The room is naturally air-conditioned and so does the whole of Genting. Some of us took to the bed as we had not have a good rest on the coach. I slept for abt an hr and took a bath before going out again. We ate quite a sumptuous lunch at a chinese-styled restaurant. I even took a glass of beer on the pretext of keeping warm. Haha.

The adults again headed for the casino bent on making a comeback after losing earlier on. We kids then took a walk around the whole place, walking around almost aimlessly. I wanted to buy some clothes but those cheap ones are designed very badly and are of bad cloth quality. My sis then wanted to try the arcade so we took her there despite my reluctance. I ended up spending 10 ringgit on senseless machines which looks like those that got moved off Singapore shelves 10 yrs ago.

We then headed to bowling after some snacks at mac. The price at mac remains abt the same but heh, i am sponsored by my parents. We paid for 2 games. I had not played for a long time, ever since 2-3 yrs ago when Cathay Bowl at Lot1 got tore down. However i fared pretty okay. We then headed back to our rooms upon news that our parents are back. We took some time to rest and look at the scenery outside the window, waiting for our parents to take us out for dinner.

Our parents came back 'victorious' and they gave me a 50 dollar note for dinner with my sis. We walked around the First World Plaza, and chose Pizza Hut as they offered relatively cheap set meals. The same meal is similarly priced like in sg except for the difference of the dollar. We got quite full and again took a walk around the plaza before heading for bed.

Nothing much is achieved for the day and there we were in our beds at midnight. We woke up at 7 the following day, the day to depart. We dined at at burger king and then adults again decided to try their hands on the table again. My cousin went in this time and i and my sis waited outside. We took off after awhile when our cousin did not come out. We headed back to the plaza and shopped in and out of branded shops. A couple of items caught my fancy but since i need to buy a proper wear for my dinner and dance graduation nite, i set my eyes on a shirt by Dockers a subsidary of Levi's. It costs a whopping 138 ringgit. I set that aside pending the outcome of my parents gamble. I then went back to the room with my sis after getting the Matrix and Matrix Reloaded vcds which is priced at abt 1/2 of sg's.

We waited for our parents to come back and i cheekily asked if they won. My dad did and he gave me the 138 for the shirt. Cool!!!!! I got the shirt in a hurry and my cousin picked up the complimentary coffee from the bowling centre at Starbucks Coffee. We headed back to the lobby to meet up with our parents and we hurrily rushed to the cable car centre.

We had some time and we used it to take our lunch before we were setted for our long coach journey back home. I was not particularly hungry and had something light, sharing with my dad. The coach is much more comfortable then the first so we settled quite comfortably in our seats.

A quarter way thr the journey, after a break at a local products shop, the relief driver played the vcd of Freaky Friday followed by Silver Hawk by another driver. The shows kept me awake while the rest slept out.

Soon it is back to homeland. Nothing exactly cool abt this trip, in fact boring if not for the matrix and reloaded that i bought so cheaply.
